Located in the departure transit lounge area of level 2, in terminal 1, amongst all the many duty free shops, this garden adds a sense of peace to this otherwise commercial area. Featuring seasonal and thematic plant displays throughout the year, the Piazza garden is a beautiful space that contains design elements from 4 different planters. Special displays for Singapore’s various cultural and ethnic festivals can be seen featured in this garden as well.

Prayer Facilities

Muslim tourists looking for prayer facilities while at the Changi Airport will be able to locate a number of prayer rooms with its premises. Those in terminal 1 could use the prayer room in the transit area of level 3. There are also prayer rooms in terminal 2 and 3.

Tourists will find several restaurants and cafes within the airport where they can get a meal or snack while waiting to board their flight. Muslim tourists will also be able to find plenty of options, as there are a number of Halal outlets as well as a few vegetarian restaurants.
