During the trip, you can discover Uzbekistan on an 8-day group departure by exploring the fascinating architecture, taking a look at historical monuments, and reconnecting with the past Islamic ancestry. 

This retreat is designed to help you enjoy the beauty of Uzbekistan while learning about its history.

On this trip, you’ll be visiting the three cultural cradle cities of Central Asia, which are Bukhara, Samarkand, and Tashkent. You’ll also be able to enjoy good foods and blend in with the culture and hospitable locals to enjoy your trip to the fullest.

You’ll be guided by Sheikh Adnan Rashid, a historian which specializes in Islamic history and has taught tafsir, hadith, and history through various media platforms. Graduating in history from multiple universities in London, he is also interested in Islamic heritage and inherited a vast library of manuscripts such as hadiths, tafsir, poetries, and other historical manuscripts.

Tashkent

Serving as an essential business city and as the cultural center of the country, Tashkent is a unique blend of the history of the past and the present times. With its legacy as the past trading center and the relic of the Silk Road, visiting Tashkent is the perfect start to your trip!

Samarkand

Samarkand would speak for the past history during the Silk Road era. As one of the Islamic Centers during the Timurid Renaissance, it would then preserve the traditions and the past to this day. Bukhara

Rich in history and as a witness during the arrival of Islam, the city’s origin could actually be traced back to ancient times. The city would then evolve and gave birth to some of the greatest Imams and muhaddiths. Bukhara is also a famous shopping destination and is famous for its bazaar in Uzbekistan, so make sure to pack a thing or two during your visit!
