Day 1 : Arrive in Minsk
Arrive at Minsk Airport and get transfered to your hotel. Arrive at the hotel and rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 2 : Minsk - City Tour
After breakfast departure from the hotel for Minsk city tour. Sightseeing tour around Minsk. Minsk city is the heart of Belarus and itisthe best place to start your exploration of this country. Minsk has so many amazing places and hidden secrets in its streets. You will walk around the historical area of the Upper town known from the 16th century, find out about many monasteries and churches, see the oldest building in Minsk. You will find the symbol of city independence - the City hall and meet the mayor of 16th century Minsk and get to know how Minsk became the centre of the European trade. You won’t miss the part ofthe city with the Palace of Independence which is a new Residence of the Republic of Belarus as well as Flag Square and the sport area of Minsk - Minsk arena hosting 2014 and 2021 IIHF World Championships. Continue to another picturesque area of Trinity Suburb that is known since the 12th century and through the centuries became the most romantic and inspiring corner of Minsk. Post-war Minsk is a great example of eclectic architecture and you can enjoy it walking along the Independence Avenue. Built in the 20th century, it still impresses guests with its pompous and festive appearance. Five squares including Victory Square, October Square lead you to the Independence Avenue passing the Botanical Garden tothe National Library of Belarus. Free time (for shopping and walking).
Day 3 : Minsk - Day at leisure
After breakfast, day at leisure at Minsk. Optional excursions of Stalin Line to be offered. The Stalin Line is the chain of
defensive installations along the former USSR frontier from Karelian Isthmus to the shores of the Black Sea. Four fortified regions were situated on the territory of Belarus including Minsk fortified region. The historical and cultural complex was founded for the 60th anniversary of the Victory of Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War. It was open in memory of Minsk defenders on the 30th of June 2005. You will see pillboxes, semicaponiers, entrenchments, antitank ditches, war-time cars and aircrafts that carry the history of those days. One can even ride on a tank, fire guns and rifles or become a passenger on a helicopter. Riding on a tank can be arranged. This is the place where history comes to life showing the examples of technological development, herald of progress and giving a thought provoking look at a world torn in conflict at the same time.
Day 4 : Minsk - Day at leisure
After breakfast, day at leisure at Minsk. Optional excursions to Dudutki Transfer toDudutki (40 km). Meet local craftsmen to find out about traditional Belarusian crafts and technologies. History comes alive and this interactive museum transforms into the real early 20th century village with its way of life. See the windmill; meet the potter, work with the blacksmith and taste some home made products (tea, cheese, bread and others). Finish the tour with visiting the local farmer stables to take a ride in a cart.
Day 5 : Departure from Minsk
After breakfast at the hotel, get transferred to the Airport (around 45 min drive) foryour return flight.
