Overview

Kaohsiung International Airport is the airport located in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. It is the second largest airport in Taiwan.

There are 2 Terminals within the airport. The domestic Terminal and the International Terminal.

Both these Terminal are connected by a corridor way.

There is a multi-faith prayer room within the airport located on the west side of the International Terminal on 3F, inside the departure lounge.

Halal Food

There is no known Halal food within the airport. You may find some cafe's, cakes, pastries and vegetarian sandwiches in Family Mart on the 1st Floor, Arrival Lobby.

Shopping

There are few shops within the airport. You can find a duty free shops where you can shop for perfumes, cosmetics, chocolates and etc. There is also a convenient store called Family Mart where you will find all the items necessary for travelling.

Getting There

Kaohsiung MRT red line is connected to the airport at both the domestic Terminal and the International Terminal. You can take the MRT and reach the city in no time.

There are also several bus routes from the airport taking you to the heart of the city as well as some far off places like Kenting National Park, Sinyi and Chaiyo.

There are car rental facilities available from the airport.

You can hire a taxi to take you to your destination.
