The Boathouse Oceanfront Cooking Class is held three days a week - on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays - and offers a fun way to learn how to recreate a number of popular dishes by matching various flavours and textures. Interested visitors will need to contact Boathouse on Kata Beach in advance to inform them. The preparation of delicacies such as the Thai chicken massaman curry will also be taught, but dishes being cooked aren't necessarily all Thai dishes.
