A trip to the city of Da Lat is truly incomplete without a visit to the Da Lat Night Market. The market offers so much to see and do, and is therefore frequented by locals and tourists alike. While the Night Market is open throughout the day, it is most popular at night. Visitors can browse through the numerous stalls selling a plethora of items ranging from fresh fruits and vegetables to clothes, handmade items and souvenirs. While here, tourists must make it a point to visit the "shouting market", which is the market's most unique feature, where the numerous clothes vendors found here shout out the prices of their goods to attract buyers. To sample local specialties, tourists should visit the Night Market's food corner. Here they will find a number of small food stalls selling popular Vietnamese dishes.

Prayer Facilities

Finding prayer facilities at the Da Lat Night Market will not be possible. There are also no know mosques in the city of Da Lat. If able to locate a clean and quiet place, Muslim tourists could offer their prayer outdoors, or they will have to return to their hotel rooms at prayer times.

Halal Food

As mentioned above, the Da Lat Night Market is the perfect place for tourists looking to sample some local delicacies. Most of the food served here will however not be Halal. Muslim tourists will therefore have to dine on the vegetarian and seafood dishes available. They must however be careful when it comes to what they order since non-Halal ingredients are commonly used in local dishes.
