Masjid Bencoolen was originally founded way back in 1825, but was recently redeveloped in 2001. Now, located at Somerset, Singapore, the mosque is co-located with a 12-storey serviced apartment tower. This mosque, which embraces the beautiful Indian heritage, is able to accommodate about 1,100 worshippers.
