The Chiba Prefectural Flower and Tree Center is one of the closest attractions to the Narita Airport and offers paradise to all nature enthusiasts. Stretching across an area of over 5 hectares, this botanical garden contains a fantastic variety of plants and flowers - over 55,000 specimens of over 400 different species. The garden features a massive flower bed designed in the shape of a pyramid as the centre piece, as well as a stone garden, model garden, wild grass garden and a greenhouse. Horticulturists are provided a number of lectures and hands-on training at the garden, while a series of basic gardening lessons are offered to the general public. A number of beautiful Bonsai trees are also available for sale at the Chiba Prefectural Flower and Tree Center.

Prayer room facilities at the Chiba Prefectural Flower and Tree Center are unavailable but it is possible to enquire the locals for a private area that can be used during prayer times.
Finding halal food at the Chiba Prefectural Flower and Tree Center as well as Narita will not be easy; since there are no known halal restaurants in the area. Opting for vegetarian cuisine is recommended; however it is always advisable to ask the restaurant owners about the preparation of dishes first, as vegetarian food at times might contain amounts of animal fat and other non-halal substances.
