Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort. If you are making payment using another card holder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the resort prior to your arrival: 1) Authorization letter with card holder's signature 2) Copy of the card holder's card (front and back of card with card holder's signature) 3) Copy of the card holder’s passport or driver’s license Please note that the resort may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Please note all cancellations will be charged inclusive of taxes. A triple room can only consist of a maximum of one double bed and one single bed OR three single beds. Please note that children aged 12 and under are entitled to the child rates when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s), using existing accommodation. Children above the age of 13 will be treated as adults and the standard room charges will apply. In the event children above 13 years have been incorrectly billed at the point of making a reservation, this will be identified and amended at the hotel in order to reflect the applicable adult rates.
