Alhamdulillah! Ended our Day 2 at the Spectacular Bohol Beach Club! It was a bit rushed in the morning but it ended up all good!
Our first stop was to Ayala Museum where among the museum’s highlights included its collection of archaeological artifacts, notably the Gold of Ancestors: Pre-Colonial Treasures in the Philippines, which serve as a testament to the Filipinos’ rich ancestry and inherent craftsmanship. You can find a lot of history, arts, crafts and many more.
Had a really amazing early lunch at Manila Hotel. Gosh! I love this hotel! It is super posh with all the chandeliers and and the rich ambience. The staff were friendly too! We had Halal food served by them as well. Some of the dishes that we had were beef rendang, pita bread, hummus, fried chicken and fried fish! It was kinda rushed, but we sure did enjoy the food there!
Afterwards we rushed down to the airport and we checked in our luggage during the last call! Totally felt like we are in Amazing Race! Haha! Our name got called a few times and we actually ran in the airport! It was a fun experience! The flight to Bohol took about 1 hour and 25 minutes. Had a few hiccups while on the way to Bohol Beach Club.
Everything here has blown our minds! The scenery, the place, the room, the service here are all just unbelievable! Really love the 2 colored sea! We had a stroll by the beach and we wanted to stay out and relax by the beach for a longer time but time didn't allow us to. We then had dinner by the beach at their restaurant. Plentyyyyy of food was served. They really went to the extra mile to serve us! They even served us their wonderfully famous mangoes when we requested. It was really really sweet! We were told that mangoes were sweet in the summer season. So next time, you should come here during summer - it'll be wonderful with the scenery here while you can enjoy your sweeeeeet mangoes!
Looking forward for day three tomorrow for our tour! And finally got the chance to see Bohol, The City of Friendship. Goodnight!
