Just like the idiom - all good things must come to an end. Today was our last day in Philippines. I got up quite early and went straight to breakfast alone. Once finished, I decided to go back to the hotel for a quick nap as we were requested to meet up at 10:30 am.
We were then taken on a short tour around the hotel. It was great to know that we were given the best room during our short stay there - the Villa at Crimson Hotel Resort and Spa. Upon completing the tour, we were treated to a five-course meal. It was awesome but since we needed to catch our flight back to Manila at 1:00 pm, the lunch was cut short.
It was like a race to the airport as we almost missed our flight. Thank God the flight was delayed. Since we had about 2 hours to kill, we just sat at the airport and hung around.
The flight back to Manila took about 1 hour and once we arrived, we were told that the time was too short for us to have our supposed dinner at Marriot Hotel Manila. But it was very nice of them to send us some packed food. In the end, we had our last dinner together on the airport floor! Such a great experience.
Finally it was time for us to say goodbye. Thanks HalalTrip and Tourism Philippines for this awesome trip!
