Turin

Description

Turin is a beautiful city that has developed over years. The city struck the eyes of travellers after it hosted the Winter Olympics in 2006. The Porta Palazzo market is among the most affordable and diverse market to shop in. The Via Garibaldi is a pedestrian street lined with several shops. The Via Roma and Via Po are also great places to enjoy shopping. Ther good places to shop in the city include the 8 Gallery and Eataly, Quadrilatero Romano and the Le Gru shopping center.

Turin is served by an international airport, which is located about 15 Km from the city center. There is a well-paved motorway connecting the airport to the city. There is a regular bus service that operates every 30-40 minutes from the airport to the city. Taxis are also available from the airport to the city and cost 30 Euros for a one-way trip.
