Ivato International Airport is the main international airport in the capital city of Antananarivo, Madagascar. 

There are 2 Terminals within the airport. The Domestic Terminal and the International Terminal is located in 2 seperate buildings which are interconnected.

Halal Food

Halal food availability is not known, however there are many restaurant and cafe's with vegetarian options. You will find restaurants and cafe's in both the international and domestic Terminals, however no food outlet is available after the check in inside the departure area.

Transport

There are scheduled shuttle buses according to the flight timings leaving from the airport to the heart of the city.

There are also local buses available stopping at many stops on the way to the city. However, this mode of transport is not advisable at night.

There are taxi's available from the airport to take you to your destination.

Shopping

There are not much shops within the airport. You can find some local handcrafts, souvenir items and bookshops within the airport.
