Among Banjarmasin's iconic city centers is the Lok Baintan Floating Market! Plenty of handicrafts, local cuisine, fresh produce, and many more are sold at the market! The market itself dates back to the 1500s. It is preserved as one of Indonesia’s heritage. Visitors can rent a klotok or jukung (boats) to board along the river which will cost around Rp350,000—Pp400,000 per boat.

There isn't any information on any prayer rooms at the market itself. However, Masjid Miftahul Jannah is right outside the facility and is available for prayer at any time!
The Lok Baintan Floating Market sells plenty of delicacies already! If you are interested in any dining options outside and nearby the market, there are Warung Pondok Bahari, Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Batung, and Bebek Balap Cak Hadi.
