Kata Noi Beach

Description

Kata Noi Beach is a popular attraction in Thailand and is an excellent place to relax and spend a few hours unwinding under the sunny sky. It is a comparatively small beach in Phuket but offers a tranquil and peaceful ambience to delight any type of travellers. The beach area is well-known for its pristine white sand beaches, glittery turquoise waters and the lush jungles and vegetation that enclose it. The sea is the calmest during the months of December to April, while surfers would prefer to visit the beach between May to October, when larger waves can be seen. In addition to surfing, other popular activities at Kata Noi Beach include parasailing, jet skiing as well as snorkelling. It is also not uncommon to see people on the beach take part in beach sports such as beach volleyball and soccer, where anyone can join in.

Travellers may have to keep in mind that finding mosques near Kata Beach may not be that easy, with the nearest mosques being in Patong and Phuket Town, which can be about 25 – 30 minutes away.
