Enjoy a delectable spread of appetizers, mains, and desserts specially curated for the holy month of Ramadan. The Ramadan Buffet menus feature an assortment of appetizers from the Salad Bar Station, Local Malay Starters, Middle Eastern Starters, to D.I.Y. Singapore Fruit Rojak.

Mains can be chosen from among the BBQ & Grill/Carving Station, Western, Local, or Asian Specials. Some of the highlights from the Ramadan and Hari Raya Buffets include Assorted Sushi & Salmon Sashimi and all-time crowd favorite Slow-roasted U.S. Prime Rib-eye in Mixed Spice Marinade with grilled vegetables.

For a piece of comfort from home, the traditional iftar rice porridge, Bubur Lambuk, will also be served at the buffet!

Assorted Nonya Kueh and Durian Pengat

You'll also have a wide selection of desserts that includes cakes and pastries, Chocolate Fondue and Churros, local desserts and fresh fruits, ice cream, pancakes, and waffles. One of the things to look out for is the assortment of Nyonya kuehs, Durian Pengat, and even the Ondeh-Ondeh Cake!

During the weekends, diners can look forward to succulent snow crabs from the Seafood on Ice Station with Homemade Dipping Sauces, Slow Cooked Roasted Lamb Leg in Tunisian Spice with Saffron Basmati Rice, and assorted satay (chicken/lamb/beef) in 21 on Rajah’s special in-house marinade specially created for the occasion.

Mediterranean Cuisine

For those who prefer Mediterranean cuisine, the restaurant offers dishes such as Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Lamb Moussaka, Moroccan Chicken Rabat Tagine with Lemon, Spanish Seafood Paella, and more.

Asian Cuisine

Diners who have a preference for local or Asian cuisine can check out the Slipper Lobster in Chilli Crab Style Sauce with Mantou, Mixed Seafood with Petai in Chinchalok Chilli Sauce, Belado Paru with Long Bean (beef lung), or some Korean-inspired dishes such as Beef Bulgogi and Japchae.

Iftar with 21 on Rajah at Home

For those looking for an easy and tasty communal dining experience at home, the Communal Set Menus available from March 23 to April 21 are catered for groups of four and are available for delivery and takeaway during Ramadan.

Diners can select from Mediterranean or Local cuisine menus at SGD 140++ per set.

Orders need to be made 24 hours in advance and delivery timing is between 4 pm-6 pm daily.

Mediterranean Cuisine Sets
Communal Set B Mediterranean

The restaurant will offer 2 Mediterranean Cuisine Sets that include dishes such as:

Moroccan Braised Lamb Shank with Chickpeas and Dates, Boneless Chicken Leg Rabat Style, and Pan-seared Seabass in Lemon Caper and Tomato Sauce. Treat your family and friends to a decadent Pistachio Baklava or Bread and Butter Pudding with Dates and Vanilla Sauce to round off the meal.

Diners who prefer local cuisine can go with the Local Set Menu that includes:

Chicken and Lamb Satay, Prawn with Petai in Chinchalok Sauce, Slipper Lobster in Mala Style Sauce served with Deep-Fried Mantou and Seafood Mee Goreng. Durian lovers are also in for a treat with 21 on Rajah’s Durian Pengat with Coconut Milk for dessert.
