The meat for Shashleek restaurants comes exclusively from our own meat processing facility. The raw materials are delivered directly from Bukhara and undergo strict internal control. The facility carries out professional cutting and preparation in compliance with sanitary and technological requirements, as well as storage in refrigerated chambers at a set temperature. Only after a full inspection are the products sent to the chain's restaurants and meat boutique.
