Currently Oslo airport has one large 2 level Terminal.
The left wing if the Terminal is used for domestic flights.

There is an airport express coach running from the airport to Oslo city center every 20 minutes.
There are also buses available from the airport which would take you through these routes: Skien, Oslo, Lillehammer & Trondheim.
