Kota Tua Batavia 'Old Batavia' is a lively city center filled with street foods, merchants, "alun-alun", bike rentals, cafes and restaurants, and historical museums. This old town houses the Fatahillah Museum, Bank Indonesia Museum, Wayang Museum, and Textile Museum. This town also has many iconic restaurants and sites such as the Stasiun Kereta Api Kota Tua, an old and still functional train station.
