Lad Koh - also known as Zenith viewpoint - is a popular viewpoint in the area and is frequented by tourists and travellers who wish to glimpse the stunning views of the area of Chaweng to Mae Nam Beach. Lad Koh is often a starting point for travellers who are sight-seeing around the island, before moving on to other attractions and places-of-interest. The best time to visit it is early in the morning at sunrise or in the evening at sunset, when the skies offer magnificent views. A small temple is also located close-by and is visited by many people visiting Lad Koh.

There is plenty of private open space around Lad Koh that Muslim travellers can make use of during prayer times. Muslim travellers may also visit Masjid Nurulihsan, which is the closest mosque in the area. It is also the only mosque in Koh Samui and is located a few kilometres away.
