A must-visit for all car fanatics visiting Munich is the BMW Welt or "BMW World", located next to the company’s headquarters. Located in a complex that resembles a massive cloud, the BMW Welt centre displays a variety of BMW, Mini and Rolls Royce models, making it the ideal place for BMW fans. While here, visitors will also get to take a guided tour of the BMW plants, allowing them to see the different stages and processes of the production. The neighboring BMW Museum offers visitors over 90 years of BMW heritage and history; from vintage cars to historic film footage and mementoes, as well as temporary exhibits and so much more.

Prayer Facilities

Muslims visiting the BMW Welt and Museum will not be able to find prayer facilities. They will therefore have to make use of the facilities offered at one of the mosques in the city of Munich. While at the BMW Welt and Museum, visitors can ask staff to direct them to the nearest prayer facility when needed.

Halal Food

Both, the BMW Welt and the BMW Museum offer visitors a selection of restaurants to dine at. EssZimmer, Restaurant Bavarie, Biker's Lodge and Cooper'S are the establishments at the BMW Welt, while the M1 Café is located in the BMW Museum. These restaurants may not serve Halal certified food, but Muslim visitors should be able to find seafood and vegetarian dishes that do not contain any non-Halal items, here.
