Prayer Facilities

Just like most other attractions in Santiago de Compostela, the Museo do Pobo Galego does not have prayer facilities for Muslim visitors. There are no known mosques in the city of Santiago either. Muslim visitors will either have to find a quiet place outdoors to offer their prayers or they will have to pray in their hotel room. There is also a small Muslim community in Santiago; Muslims visiting the city will therefore be able to get more information regarding prayer facilities from the Islamic community of Galicia.

Halal Food

The Museo do Pobo Galego is not known to house a café or eatery. Visitors to the museum will however find numerous restaurants to dine at in the city of Santiago. While these restaurants will not be Halal certified, they will most certainly offer vegetarian and seafood dishes. Muslim tourists can therefore dine on the vegetarian and seafood dishes at one of these restaurants after ensuring the dishes do not contain any non-Halal ingredients.
