Gatorland is the perfect place to visit for a real experience of Florida. Renowned as the alligator capital of the world, visitors to Orlando should not miss an opportunity to see these creatures when in the city. Housing over thousands of alligators, crocodiles and other reptiles as well as some rare white alligators, the 110 acre facility is a must-visit destination to get a closer look at these creatures in a safe and clean environment.  A popular event at the facility is the daily shows and demonstrations with the alligators. While the recently added zip line that runs over the top of alligators and crocodiles is another exciting and thrilling experience that will be great fun for the more adventurous visitor.

Prayer Facilities

Although Muslim tourists may not find prayer rooms at Gatorland, those requiring prayer facilities could ask the staff at the facility to direct them to a clean and quiet area, where they can offer their prayers if necessary. Muslim visitors will also be able to find prayer facilities in the city of Orlando, as it is known to house a number of mosques that are frequented by locals and tourists alike.

Halal Food

Gatorland houses a number of food outlets serving a variety of cuisines, however Muslim visitors will not be able to find Halal cuisine at any of these outlets. Since food from outside is not allowed to be brought into the park, Muslims visiting the attraction will have to choose vegetarian or seafood options after ensuring the dishes do not contain any non-Halal ingredients. Muslim visitors will however be able to locate quite a few Halal restaurants in the city of Orlando.
