Kanazawa is among the most overlooked destinations of Japan. Visitors who wish to see a traditional city from the Edoperiod should make it a point to visit Kanazawa. The Kohrinbo 109 has numerous shops selling fashionable items.
The nearest airport to Kanazawa is the Komatsu Airport in Komatsu. It is a domestic airport that has flights coming from Tokyo and Okinawa. There are regular buses running from the Komatsu Airport to Kanazawa. These buses leave every 50 minutes and a one-way ticket costs 1100 Yen. Taxis are also available from Kanazawa but can be quite expensive. Visitors can also avail car rentals.
There are a few places where visitors can find halal food in Kanazawa. There is an Indian Restaurant Rubina that offers halal food. Visitors can also get halal food and meat at the Kanazawa Masjid.
There is just one mosque in Kanazawa, the Kanazawa Masjid. The mosque is located in Wakamatsumachi and can be reached easily.
