So many different varieties of the classic south Indian dish - Dosai, but like you've never had before. Cheesy, saucy and loaded with toppings. Some of the varieties here include paneer dosai, cheese dosai, spring roll dosia and the ever popular pizza dosai! Everything is vegetarian, but you won't miss the meat.

For a Muslim visitor, Chennai provides a wide variety of Halal facilities. The best time for visiting Chennai is between December and March when the weather is mild and the temperatures are a bit low.

Chennai has often been labeled as the cultural capital of South India and boasts of a rich cultural heritage. The city offers an elegant mix of history and modernity and has managed to preserve its customs and traditions. One of the main landmarks in the city is Fort St. George.

Chennai is served by the Chennai International Airport. It is one of the prime airports in India. The most affordable way of reaching the city is by the suburban train. A one-way ticket for the train costs around INR 12. The train offers connectivity to Chennai Central and Egmore. Pre-paid taxis are also available and can cost around INR 550 to reach the city center.
