The nearest international airport to Siófok is in Budapest: the Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport. The airport is located approximately 138 kilometres from the center of Siofok. From the airport, visitors can reach Siófok in a variety of ways; including public transportation. There is also a local airport located approximately 5 kilometres from Siófok, namely; Siófok-Kiliti Airport.

Halal Restaurants

Finding Halal food in Siófok will be challenging since there are no known Halal restaurants in the area. However, Muslim visitors can dine at local seafood or vegetarian restaurants after making sure the dishes served do not consist of any non-Halal item. They should be aware that restaurants in Siófok do serve alcohol. If visitors are able to locate a Halal meat shop in Siófok and they have the facilities to prepare their own meals, this would be the best option.  

Mosques

There are no known Islamic Centers or mosques in Siófok, and therefore Muslim travelers will find it difficult to locate prayer facilities in the city.
