Description

Surigao is a tropical paradise in San Agustin with fine and clean sand. There are 24 breathtaking Islands known as the Britinia group of islands which are spread out across the pristine and crystal-clean waters of Lianga Bay, looking out over the Pacific Ocean. Travelers will  be able to enjoy the enchanted river which has become a recent tourist spot with its clear water where the riverbed is visible at any depth and it appears in different shades: aquamarine in the shallow areas, depressed in the slightly deeper parts, and dark blue in the real deep sections.

Tinuy-an Falls is a must-visit – the little Niagara falls in Surigao. This 55-meter-high beauty creates white curtains of water plus and its walls stretch across 95 metres, making Tinuy-an unitary of the country’s widest waterfalls. All three tiers of Tinuy-an Falls are awe-inspiring. But the second tier stands out, as it has the tallest cascade and biggest pool. You can hop on a bamboo raft to experience it up close. The Bucas Grande from islets and forests to caves and lagoons, its natural wonders promise to bring you enchanting and thrilling eco-adventures. Muslim travelers who love boating tours can  call for a ride across Sohoton Cave a narrow, half-submerged cave that emerges only during low tide and into Sohoton Lagoon, which wows with its emerald islets, lush tropical vegetation and clean blue waters. The tour’s highlight is the stop at Magkukuob Cave, cliff-jumping opportunities.
