The Hotel has also receives its Halal Certification by JAKIM on March 2016, achieves its ISO certification from SIRIM for ISO 9001 : 2008 Quality Management System as well as MS 1900 : 2014 Shariah Based Quality Management System in March 2015, making it the first Five Star Shariah Compliant Hotel in Kelantan.
Prayer facilities at Hotel Perdana Kota Bharu include a designated prayer area with prayer mats, prayer timetables and female prayer dresses that are available on request. Rooms have also been marked with prayer directions for guests who wish to pray in the privacy of their rooms.
