Traveling from a warm region to a cold destination? Fret not. Nature has blessed us with a variety of foods which can keep us warm. Some categories the food into 3 categories: The cooling food, the neutral food and the heat generating food. So before you take your vacation to a cold region, prepare your body and include these foods which can make you combat the cold.

Almond which is a dry fruit is great for generating heat in the body. It is also good for the heart and cures Anaemia. Have them raw without soaking in water, as soaking them in water would remove the heat.
