We started off our list with a beverage from India, and we’re also ending it with one from the same country! Lassi and masala chai couldn’t be more different, with one being a chilled drink, and the other drink piping hot. Masala chai or masala tea is a drink that is enjoyed by Indians no matter what the weather! Black tea is brewed with a mixture of spices, like cinnamon, star anise, cloves, ginger, black peppercorn, and green cardamom, milk is added in, and served hot!
