Day 2 went by so quickly. Yeah they said time passes by quickly when you're having fun.
First up we headed straight to Village Resort Grand Lagoi Bintan to check out the different rooms that they have to offer. Fell in love with the suite instantly. Fits perfectly for a family of 4. The room has a dining table, a kitchen and a bedroom.
We then had lunch at the hotel restaurant - Village Cafe & Resto - where the chef let us try the sumptuous lunch spread. Started off with sup Betawi, ayam bakar and finished off with a lapis legit. Yup its super legit!
We then went to check out another resort called The Canopi. Just one word, AMAZING. built by a Malaysian Developer, The canopi carries a concept of Glamping. Guests get to stay in hut like rooms with an outdoor bathroom. Within Treasure Bay Bintan, there a lot of water activities, atv ride and you can even rent a scooter.
Right after that we went to see the biggest mosque in Bintan Resorts, the Al Muhajirin Mosque. Super old school and super classic.
We the had dinner at Warung Yeah! along Lagoi Bay. They offered some very affordable local food and best part is, the food is comforting and superb!
Before we headed back to the hotel, we took a stroll at the Lantern Park where they showcased different endangered animals.
Overall, Day 2 was filled with very fun activities.
