Just share your dish with us & stand a chance to win a daily voucher worth your dish price! That is just to get you started. If you then manage to share 100 dishes before the end of August 2015, you stand a chance to win some fantastic prizes. The HalalTrip App is a free and unique mobile application that provides useful information and resources for its users, offering an in-depth look at destinations around the world. The app provides Muslim travelers all information required to plan a Muslim-friendly holiday – including details on Halal restaurants, mosques and other facilities for Muslims. For those planning their trips, the app brings together a number of essential travel resources for Muslims. Every year millions of travelers choose Malaysia as a destination. That is why we are organizing our “Malaysia Food Spotting Challenge”:

• To become a trusted trip advisor for Muslim travelers around the globe
• To increase the awareness of Halal food locations especially to Muslim tourists
• To make it easier to find Halal food places
• To know the variety of Halal food in Malaysia

How to join:

1 – Download the HalalTrip App on your mobile phone Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.halaltrip.app&hl=en IOS: https://itunes.apple.com/app/id680194589 2 – Go to the Halal Food Spotter feature 3 – Select “Add a Dish” 4 – Optionally you can share your dish on your Facebook, Twitter etc. via our share function. If you do share on social media, use the hashtag #MalaysiaHalalDish

How will the winners be chosen?

1. DAILY PRIZES: Each day we will announce 3 winners on our Facebook wall.

a. 2 of them will be chosen randomly by us. b. 1 winner will be the one with the best description of the dish shared (you can write a description/review of the dish when you upload the dish on the app). c. Winners will be announced the next day and their meal price will be reimbursed by HalalTrip.

2. GRAND PRIZES: By actively sharing dishes daily you also stand a chance to win our grand prizes. This is how it works:

a. The 1st person to upload 100 dishes will get a prize of RM 2000 b. The 2nd person to upload 100 dishes will get a prize of RM 1000 c. The 3rd person to upload 100 dishes will get a prize of RM 800 d. The 4th person to upload 100 dishes will get a prize of RM 600 e. The 5th person to upload 100 dishes will get a prize of RM 500 f. The 6th person to upload 100 dishes will get a prize of RM 500 g. The 7th person to upload 100 dishes will get a prize of RM 500 h. The 8th person to upload 100 dishes will get a prize of RM 500 i. The 9th person to upload 100 dishes will get a prize of RM 500 j. The 10th person to upload 100 dishes will get a prize of RM 500

The more dishes you add, the higher your chances are to win! Terms & conditions Applicable to all Halal restaurants in Malaysia. Restaurants should be either JAKIM certified or assured Halal by the restaurant and serve only Halal food and beverages.

For the daily prizes 1.1 - The dish/meal price should not be more than 30 RM 1.2 - Each restaurant can only be posted 2 times during the week 1.3 - Winners have to email the receipt to determine the value of meal 1.4 - The competition starts on the 10th of July and ends on the 31st August

For the grand prizes 1.1 - No more than 2 dishes from one restaurant 1.2 - The competition starts on the 10th of July and ends on the 31st August 1.3 - 100 dishes need to be uploaded before the 31st August
