The Sir Seewoosagur International Airport of Mauritius is the only airport on the island. Managed by the ATOL company (Airport Terminal Operations Limited), the building accommodates up to 4 million passengers yearly. The most common stores are the duty-free shops, which offer products at affordable prices. The Mauritius Duty-Free Paradise shops offer a large number of items at affordable prices. With the renovations brought to the airport in 2013, two new lounges have been incorporated within the premises, where passengers can relax while waiting for their flight.
The Nénuphar lounge and the Amédée Maingard lounge offer a number of services to the passengers for a fixed tariff, which can be paid by cash or credit card. Passengers are welcomed into the lounge with Wi-Fi facilities, relaxation areas, as well as a number of local and international newspapers and magazines to keep them busy.
Banking facilities are provided to travellers from all around the world. With four different bank branches and five currency exchange service providers present on the grounds of the airport, passengers won't have any difficulty in converting their foreign currencies into local ones.

Besides the comfort and food services, the airport also has a medical unit which is present in the airport, situated at Level 1, International Departure, Boarding Area, after Security Control on the right.
