Additionally, the store now features a merchandise wall, allowing patrons to take home a piece of Poke Theory with them.
To cater to the evolving tastes and preferences of their customers, Poke Theory has revamped its menu with elevated flavors and enhanced nutrition. The redesigned menu reflects extensive research and development based on customer feedback gathered over six months, ensuring that each poke bowl offers a delectable and wholesome experience.
Poke Theory's menu now boasts a wider variety of protein choices to satisfy both sashimi and non-sashimi lovers. A crowd favorite, the samsui ginger chicken, has transitioned from being a seasonal item to a permanent fixture. This protein, renowned for its delightful flavors, will be a year-round staple. For vegan diners, Poke Theory introduces marinated tempeh as a protein-rich alternative to avocado in poke bowls. The tempeh is bathed in a flavorful blend of spicy, salty, and sweet dark soy sauce, delivering a satisfying umami punch.
To further tantalize taste buds, Co-Founders Joey and Vannessa have curated two new signature bowls: Samsui Chica and Tempeh-tress.
Samsui Chica features the delectable samsui ginger chicken, paired with cajun sweet potato, lime avocado, and egg whites.
Tempeh-tress, designed for vegan eaters, combines marinated tempeh with a delightful blend of pomegranate, pickled green chilis, and smoked almonds.
These signature bowls cater to specific flavor profiles while ensuring a burst of flavor in every bite.
Poke Theory is renowned for its generous assortment of toppings, and the refreshed menu brings even more options to the table. Diners can choose from a total of 18 toppings, including local favorites such as corn salsa and pickled green chilis. Furthermore, the introduction of premium toppings such as ikura adds a touch of indulgence to the dining experience. To enhance the flavor profiles of each bowl, Poke Theory introduces new garnishes, including fried shallot and garlic granules, providing customers with a wider range of choices to personalize their creations.
For those who prefer to customize their poke bowls, Poke Theory offers Build Your Own Poke Bowl (BYOB) options. The refreshed menu introduces new sizes, providing more cost savings and variety for diners. The light bowl, previously priced at SGD 11.50, now starts at SGD 9.90 and includes a non-sashimi protein option. The regular bowl, previously priced at SGD 14.50, starts at SGD 11.90 and caters to customers seeking a more substantial meal. These bowls feature an increased number of toppings and garnishes, allowing for a more satisfying and personalized dining experience.
