Combining his time in America, his experience in the restaurant industry, and his love for food, all paid off in the form of The Sandwich Factory. The Sandwich Factory chooses to specialise in one area of food, hence its title, and boasts the largest sandwich selection in Sri Lanka, of over 50 kinds of sandwiches.
It prides itself on catering to every demographic, with a special focus on being family-friendly. They offer an outdoor and indoor play area to children, allowing families to dine together in comfort. The Sandwich Factory is large enough to seat 120 people, and has enough space to let kids run loose. With the background music of ‘50s-’70s classics playing out of the jukebox, the whole environment is clean, relaxed, and comfortable, without the exposure of smoking or alcohol.
