CrescentRating and Mastercard have released the Global Muslim Travel Index for 2017! The Index rates and ranks them according to the facilities available in each country, including amenities that are specific to Muslims like Halal food and mosques, as well as general facilities like affordability and ease of travel.
 
Below are the top 10 ranking non-OIC countries for Muslim travelers in 2017:
 

1) Singapore

 
Singapore is one of the world’s most sought-after tourist destination, and has earned its place rightfully at the top of our list. Singapore is the place to be if you had to choose only one place in Asia. It is a true melting pot of different countries, cultures, people, and cuisines. It is a world within an island; nature, wonder, great food and retail therapy and more. Singapore also has great infrastructure, public service facilities, and so many interesting places to visit.
 
Singapore is also great place for Muslim travelers as there are many favorable amenities. Halal food is easy to find; even international chains having obtained Halal certification. There are plenty of mosques in Singapore as well.

Next on the list is Thailand, another must-visit for Muslim travelers looking for an awesome travel experience. Thailand is the place to be where the culture is fascinating, the people are diverse and welcoming, the food is delectable, and shopping is affordable!
