Day 1 : Arrival in Jordan
Your tour manager will meet and assist you upon your arrival at Amman International Airport. After that, you will be transferred to your hotel in Amman by a private air-conditioned vehicle for check-in. Upon arrival at the hotel, do your check in and enjoy a welcome drink. The manager will give you detailed information concerning your trip,
Day 2 : Madaba and Nebo Tour – Dead Sea
After breakfast, you will visit Roman Ruins such as: Madaba where you see the famous 4th-century Byzantine mosaic map of Israel inside the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George. Then transfer to Mt. Nebo, the place where Moses had gazed at the Promised Land and is believed to be his burial ground. You visit the old monastery; overlook the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and parts of the Holy Land. After this we will drive towards the Dead Sea, Being the lowest point on earth and filled with a variety of minerals with medicinal properties the site has developed into a health spa-like hotspot. The mineral concentration in the mud is used for therapeutic and beauty treatments. Queen Cleopatra and Sheba both were said to have known the value of the site and used it. Due to high salinity the water supports no form of life hence the name the Dead Sea and floating is very easy. Be sure to prepare to swim and relax in the mud. After this, we will drive towards Amman and transfer you to your hotel.
Day 3 : Jerash, Ajloun, and Umm Qais Tour
After breakfast, you will be transferred towards north to Jerash, situated in the foothills of the mountain of Gilead, the ancient city is reminiscent of the Roman Empire. Being one of the largest and well-preserved sites of Roman Architecture outside of Italy its grandeur can be seen in the colonnaded street, Oval Plaza the Nymphaeum and the Temple of Artemis. Then move to Ajloun Castle. It was built by Izz Al-Din Usama, one of Salah Al-Din's generals in 1184 AD. We continue towards Umm Qais, once known as Gadara, is a ruined Greco-Roman city, where visitors have an amazing view over the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights. Drive back to you hotel in Amman.
Day 4 : Tour Petra
You will be picked up from your hotel then you will be transferred by an air-conditioned vehicle for about 1.5 hours to the rose-red city of Petra. First started in the 6th century B.C. by Nabataean Arabs, the city boasts beautiful facades carved directly into the walls of the mountainsides. Arriving at the visitor’s center it’s a 700-meter walk to the Siq entrance which is an impressive 1200 meter long gorge of a kaleidoscope of colors the towers more than 80 meters above you. As you exit the chasm you’re instantly transfixed by the beauty of Petra, chosen as one of the New World Wonders, the place speaks for itself. Finally, you will be driven back to your hotel in Amman.
Day 5 : Farewell Jordan
After completing these wonderful Jordan tours, you will have your last breakfast in the hotel and transfer to Amman Airport for departure.
