Day 1 : Arrival in Cairo - Welcome to Egypt
Your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (arrival procedures) and then he will escort you to the hotel by exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the tour manager will assist with a smooth check-in and review your holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour.
Day 2 : Cairo Sightseeing Tour
Breakfast at the hotel and then visit the Great Sphinx, the head of a pharaoh with a lion's body, which dates back to the time of Chephren. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple which belongs to the Pyramid of Chephren. After, you will be escorted by your private guide to visit the Egyptian Museum, where you will admire the splendid and fascinating artifacts. Transfer to visit Salah El Din Citadel which was constructed by Salah El Din in 1183 AD to defend Cairo from the armies of Crusaders. After that, visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, the ruler of Egypt (1805-1849) who ruled for 45 years. Lunch will be taken in a local restaurant. Proceed to visit Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of the most famous and oldest bazaars in the Middle East. Back to hotel and overnight in Cairo.
Day 3 : Excursion to Alexandria
After breakfast, enjoy a trip to Alexandria, to visit its famous sights. See Qaitbay Fort, built in the 15th century by Sultan Qaitbay on the spot of Alexandria's ancient lighthouse, then move on to the new and much-acclaimed Alexandria Library. Also, visit the Roman cemetery cut out of the rock, the Catacombs.
Day 4 : Embark on Nile Cruise
After your checkout from the hotel in the morning, you’ll be transferred to Cairo Airport for a flight to Aswan, where you will be greeted and taken by an air-conditioned vehicle. Continue with a day of sightseeing in Aswan. Start with the High Dam and then visit the Unfinished Obelisk in the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, the largest obelisk yet discovered. You’ll then proceed to the
beautiful Temple of Philae, devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor. You’ll head to your Nile cruise and spend your night.
Day 5 : Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples
Enjoy your breakfast on board the Nile Cruise as you sail to Kom Ombo where you’ll encounter the twin temple of Kom Ombo. You’ll learn about the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus, whose monuments decorate each half of the temple. Return for lunch and afternoon tea onboard whilst sailing on to Edfu. On arrival at Edfu, your tour guide will escort you to Edfu, the best-preserved temple of the ancient world. The structure is dedicated to Horus, the falcon god. You’ll also have dinner onboard.
Day 6 : Luxor Nile Cruise Excursions
Sail to Luxor, have breakfast on board then visit the West Bank, take an excursion to the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, Valley of the Kings, then to mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Hatshepsut approximately in the 15th century BC, at El-Deir El-Bahari & the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch on board. Enjoy afternoon tea during sailing. Dinner onboard and overnight stay.
Day 7 : Farewell Egypt
Breakfast onboard cruise before disembarking. Later, you will be accompanied by your guide to visit Karnak & Luxor temples at the East Bank of the River Nile and later you will be transferred to Luxor Airport for a flight to Cairo. Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, transfer to catch your flight back home
