The manager has contacted me on Saturday. A free meal was offered which I declined but I was happy to accept the apology from the staff member. Hopefully my bad experience was a learning curve for the staff members and no customer will ever experience what I did! There are valuable lessons in each experience and I hope the staff member has learnt that kindness to one another is free.

Honchos Boom Street has the most pathetic service. I tried ordering take out on the 4 July at 16:30. After giving the supervisor my address, they hung up the call before I could even ask for the total cost. The driver went to the wrong address and after that assured me he was coming to my address. After waiting for 30 minutes, and calling the driver multiple times , he arrived at 17:50 with the wrong order. He assured me that I should call the branch and he would bring me my order. After calling the branch, the lady on the phone said It was my fault and its between the driver and I since it was too late to make my order. I was extremely upset and asked to speak to the supervisor, the lady informed me that she was the supervisor and what was I going to do about it? After I asked for the manager - she repeatedly yelled at me on the phone that she was with a customer and who cares about me? She then left my call . I have tried calling back several times - as well as leaving my number with a different branch to get my matter resolved but no one responded to me. The service and customer care at Honchos Boom Street is pathetic and staff members adopt a "Who cares attitude".
