A colorful personality known to many, Chef Mel Dean has been in the Food & Beverage industry since 1993, being one of the pioneers back in the early 90’s that catered unique eclectic HALAL Asian, Fusion and International cuisines to thousands of his clientele ranging from the niche markets, corporate, celebrities, ministers and royalties. The brainchild for the first Pop Up Restaurant in Singapore was the beginning of his culinary revolution.
Chef Mel is extremely passionate about what he does such and shares his culinary repertoire and enthusiasm for food through his innovative and interactive cooking workshops and live cooking demonstrations both local and overseas with audience participation are crowd pleasers.
Chef Mel Dean had reviewed more than 100 hundred cafe and restaurants in Singapore Chef Mel will be developing his own line of culinary products and merchandise and more exciting collaborations projects in 2016 both locally & overseas.
