Brussels Airport is the airport located in Brussels, Belgium. It is also known as Brussels National. It is located in Zaventem.

The airport has 1 main Terminal. 

The Terminal is divided into two piers.

Pier A: Pier A serves the passengers of Schengen countries.

Pier B: Pier B serves the passengers of Non- Schengen countries.

The distance between these 2 Piers is just 400 m.

Halal Food

Across the airport, there are several dining outlets. There are no halal-certified eating outlets at the airport, but there are several eateries which have Muslim-friendly options, such as vegetarian, so user-discretion is advised.  

The Helixir Juice & Smoothie Bar, a vegetarian outlet, is located at Pier A and Pier B.  There are also a few cafes serving coffee, tea and salad options.

Transport

There is a train located below the Terminal at Level 1. There are 4 trains in an hour that connects the airport station to north, central and bidi area of Brussels.

There are buses on level 0 out of the arrival hall. 3 buses leaves every hour from here.The bus leaves to the city centre and the fare cost around &euro3.

There are also taxi available to take you to your destination. Average fare to the heart of the city cost around &euro35.

Shopping

The Brussels Airport offers a great shopping experience. There are some high-end shops at both Pier A and Pier B. Chocolates are an excellent buy for anyone visiting Brussels there are some good chocolate shops at the airport especially from The Chocolate Shop at both Pier A and Pier B. there are numerous duty-free shops at both the piers.

If jewellery is your interest, then the Gautam Diamonds & Gold store at Pier A and B offers a great collection. You can also find apparel and leather stores at both the piers. Pier B features two main duty free shops one of which has a great collection of perfumes and cosmetics.
