The borough is divided into several districts and neighborhoods where visitors can see several attractions and enjoy themselves. Brooklyn is home to the Brooklyn Academy of Music and the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. The borough is filled with numerous attractions including museums, parks and art galleries.
The Prospect Park is among the most visited attractions, it houses the Brooklyn Museum, which is the largest art museum in the city. Downtown Brooklyn features the New York Transit Museum and the Brooklyn Children's Museum is located in Bedford-Stuyvesant and Flatbush. Next to the prospect Park is the Brooklyn Botanic Garden which is characterized by a 52-acre garden. The Marine Park, New York Aquarium and the Cooney Island also make wonderful places to visit in Brooklyn.
When it comes to shopping people often overlook Brooklyn without exploring the options. What they do not know is there are some excellent coves where visitors can find some excellent deals.
