Canggu is a small beautiful area located in south Bali. The area covers two villages and is placed just west of Kerobokan. These villages include the Tibubeneng and Canggu. The Canggu area is best popular for its beaches and serene surroundings. The Canggu village is located just 20 minutes from Seminyak. The peculiar feature of the beaches in the Canggu area is that they feature black and dark gray sand. The area is inhabited by a number of expats and one can find several lavish bungalows and villas dotted along the beaches.

The nearest airport to Canggu is the Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali. The airport is placed about 37km from Canggu. The best way to reach Canggu from the airport is by airport shuttles arranged by hotels. Visitors can also take taxis or private vans from the airport to Canggu. Taxis from airport to Canggu can cost around Rp135,000.
