1. Colonial Club

With a mix of flavors and influences in their dishes, Colonial Club is the place to dine if you're looking for a taste of the unique cultural mix in our peninsula. Try out dishes that are usually hard to find Halal like the Chicken Ngoh Hiang, Pomfret Mee Sua, and Buah Keluak Chicken (Kus Semangat!).

Expect a range of flavors from Nyonya cuisine to Hainanese cuisine, they really have interesting items on their menu. Truly a great taste of Singapore.

Ne parle pas français? No problem! If it's style you want then La Boutique by the Wonderment Collective (TWC) is where you'll find it. The place just oozes that polished classy style that is rarely found nowadays. This chic little cafe in the east might have been designed with Instagram in mind with how Insta-worthy it actually is.

Not just a treat for the eyes but also a treat for your tastebuds. Choose from an assortment of tea and coffee to go along with your Buttermilk Pancakes or go all-in with the English Breakfast. An interesting concept that truly makes it stand out.

3. 100 labs
100 labs Dessert Shop Singapore

Bread and Kaya, Jam and Scones, Waffles and Gelato. Nothing beats a good waffle and gelato combo! Well, wait till you hear what they actually do with Waffles at 100 Labs. 100 Labs just took the idea of a waffle and just went to town with it and we're glad they did!

Try out their sweet sweet Oomph! Waffles, or go for the cinnamon and brown sugar-coated Churros Waffles, or their Jibaboom! Waffles. All great especially when they're complemented with some scoops of gelato. They also serve some other things like Burger and Nachos too.

Yup, you read that right, it's a Thai Chicken Rice restaurant. A Michelin Bib Gourmand award winner too! Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice is the Thai's take on the original chicken rice which originated in Hainan, China.

With their homemade chili sauce (sambal) served with some other Thai-style vegetables and dishes, it's a different taste from the beloved Chicken Rice we all know and love. Worth trying out if you're a fan of Chicken Rice or if you love Thai Cuisine

If you haven't been to Yi Zun Beef Noodle for a long time, we suggest you check them out again! After going through an expansion in their menu items Yi Zun Beef Noodle now serves a whole lot more Xinjiang-style specialties that will make you feel as if you are in a restaurant in China. 

With Dumplings and other main dishes, there is something for everyone! Other than their already famous Beef Noodles, we really like their Chicken Xiao Long Bao, you should really try them out on your next visit there!

Buffet Town is now halal-certified! The buffet restaurant serves a wide array of an international buffet spread from Japanese Teppan and Robatayaki, Seafood on ice, Western cuisine to the local delights, all served a la carte style.

You don't have to worry about seating too, as the restaurant boasts a large seating capacity of 300 patrons!

Sakhon Thai just recently got their outlet in Pasir Ris Halal-Certified! Serving exotic Thai cuisine alongside the authentic Thai dishes, some of Sakhon Thai's items on the menu are really interesting. They even have some Thai inspired pasta!

Check out their set lunch takeaway meals, they're great for those times when you just want to stay at home or in the office during lunchtime moments.

Woodlands Sourdough is currently located in the Longhaus at Upper Thomson, not Woodlands. 

Woodlands Sourdough is really a gem of a bakery in Singapore. As the name suggests, they specialize in Sourdoughs bread. Their selection of bread is amazingly mouthwatering, it's crazy how much each bread can taste different from one another. You should also try out their bagels too.

If you're intending to get something at Woodlands Sourdough, you have to be early/fast as they run out real fast!
