Global Village

Description

Held annually, the Global Village is believed to be the largest tourism and leisure project in the world and is visited by millions of visitors every year. The Global Village area spans across a space of nearly 2 square kilometres and offers a wealth of entertainment options, festivals and events for the entire family. The main feature of this open-air theme park is the wide array of pavilions from various countries from around the world, selling a range of items such as food, clothes and souvenirs that reflect the culture of their country. The area is paradise for shoppers, with a large number of retail shops as well as restaurants available. Global Village is usually held between late November to February, with new facilities and services being added each year to heighten the Global Village experience.
