Palawan is an island province of the Philippines that is located in the Mimaropa region. It is the largest province in the country in terms of total area of jurisdiction. Palawan Island has been rated as World’s Best Island in 2013 and 2015 and the National Geographic has rated it as the 13th best island in the world.
