It has the largest Muslim population in the world and it would indeed be an honour to be amongst our fellow Muslim brethren in such large numbers. I have also read of many beautiful sights in Indonesia and the numerous pristine islands that are very relaxing and extremely holiday friendly. The Indonesians have made great strides in their economic development and they export many products to South Africa. If possible, it would be very nice to visit some these industries. Bandung is noted for its tea plantations and it would be wonderful to visit some of these plantations. Bandung is surrounded by volcanoes and hike through the forests to the volcanoes is really an exciting proposition. Bandung is the third largest city in Indonesia and it has a large shopping facility which I look forward to visiting.  Anwar Ballim Indonesia is magical. Its people courteous and wellcoming. Its landscapes amazing and its food mouth watering. Such a country is to be visited. Amode Mahomed I would like to win the halal trip to Indonesia because firstly I have never been to Indonesia and always wanted to take my husband and 3 children to experience the Muslim culture and enjoy all the halal food and scenery that Indonesia has to offer. Islam also recommend us to look over the world, enjoy the beauty of the world created by Allah, so that we will be grateful for what Allah had given. I hope that I will win this contest so I can bring any of my family member to learn something from Indonesia.  Farhan Aziz You can literally eat for days in Indonesia and always be trying something new. Some popular Indonesian foods are satay (like lamb or chicken skewers), nasi goreng (a fried rice plate with other foods added to it like fried eggs, vegetables, and chicken), gudeg (a dish made from boiled young jackfruit, often served with rice, sambal sauce and chicken) and my favorite, sambal sauce - a spicy sauce that can be added rice and many other dishes. Indonesia is also one of the largest coffee producers in the world - the phrase “a cup of Java” actually comes from Indonesia’s island of the same name, where the coffee comes from. They are also famous for Kopi Luwak, which is coffee made from the poop of the Luwak - aka civet cat - that has eaten coffee beans and pooped them out. Sounds gross but it is actually rare and quite expensive coffee. Indonesia also very popular with the shopping places... Dinni1978 Saya ingin ke bandung untuk mengimbas kembali kenangan 'honeymoon' 30tahun yang lepas. 22/12/1985. Cepat sungguh masa berlalu. Tanwali I would like to visit Indonesia because it is truly a hidden gem in the Southeast Asia. I love how beautiful and diverse the country is having more than 17,000 islands with 240 million people. Indonesia may not be the first place that many would think to go but it is definitely my first choice. #halaltriptoindonesia #wonderfulindonesia Vimelr I think the country I would like to visit most is Bandung, Indonesia. It's somewhere that I've always been fascinated by and would like to and see one day. What would I do there? Well, I'd try and see the sights. Normally I'm quite an adventurous traveller and I don't like being part of tour group. But ifni did ever go to Bandung I would probably do it as part of a package tour because that way I would get to visit all the major destinations. It's hard to explain why Bandung is ky dream destination. It's just a place that I long to visit. It may be it's so exotic, or different or any rate I'm sure that it would be a real experience. Leen I would very much wanted to visit Indonesia especially Bandung because I heard many wonderful and terrific stories from people who has visited Bandung. Here are the fabulous stories I heard.... Bandung is clean, safe and the people are very friendly. It has beautiful scenery and relatively cool tropical weather for relaxation. Bandung also known for its colonial and art deco architecture, mountains and beautiful fields, ...perfect for those who are into photography. Best of all Bandung is a shopping paradise for all to enjoy....wouldn't want to miss this! With its rich in culture and good food there are many things to see, explore and try. It would be a greatest gift for my son who has not experience taking a plane. I am sure he will enjoy Bandung because not only it is a place for adults, there are many activities for the kids too. For example kids can enjoy ceramic painting, animal feeding, picking up strawberries and riding a mini trishaw. So Bandung is a place for the whole family to enjoy. Wow!...its a whole loads of experience. Thank you. Cajetan Fernandes  Bismillahirrahmanirrahim! I remember about two months before knowing that I will be going to visit Bandung for a family vacation during the December break which was 2 years ago, I was totally excited and so enthusiastic on getting myself busy searching for attractions and a-must-to-visit-places in Bandung. It was one of the best city that I have ever been/experience. The beautiful scenery around the Volcano area, Gunung Tangkuban Parahu, Kawah Putih and especially the Tea Plantations, where it seem like I'm at the location for filming (just in does Indonesia drama, HAHA!) I totally loved the scenery there, especially the people, surrounding and atmosphere where we won't be able to experience here in Singapore. A part of visiting the attraction places, one of thing I loved about travelling is to try on their local FOOD. Oh well, who doesn't love to eat right? Especially their street food is KEBABOOM! Their local ayam penyet sambal was totally a different taste to where we get here in Singapore, with that I loved it where every food places we went to dine for breakfast, lunch or dinner they will NEVER failed to serve us with a cup of tea, there is where I see a great service serve by them. But how surprise where you thought that the word "Bandung" in meal (Bandung drink or Mee Bandung) could originally come from the city itself, well surprisingly you won't be able to see the local selling any Bandung drink or even Mee Bandung there in Bandung. Basically they the local doesn't even heard about it before. Haha! The most memorable place where I will never forget till today, was when my little brother decided to defecate at the Tea Plantation (due to uncontrollable situation) haha! Totally an unforgettable memory! Well, you will definitely might want to know why I would love to visit Bandung again, so here are the main 6 reason on why I would love/what I would do to visit Bandung again. 1. I would love to come back to their delicious street food, especially BAKSO! 2. I would love to try on some sports and fun activities at the recreation park near to the Sari Ater Hot Spring 3. I would love to come back to shop for more nice/ cheap stuffs 4. I would love to stay near to the Kawah Putih area or any where but far from the busy city 5. I would love to know or learn a little bit about Bandung, and lastly 6. I would really really love to travel to Bandung with my best friend and experience the beautiful City of Bandung with her I really hope to win this amazing 4 Days 3 Nights trip to Bandung and share this trip with my best friend. Amin! Errdina. K  The last Indonesia trip, to Bali, we went as husband & wife was 3 years ago. It was my second while it was the first for my husband. Ever since that trip, whenever there is documentary show about Indonesia, my husband would bring up about our trip to Bali because he is still mesmerised with their culture, food, the people, the laid-back lifestyle & not forgetting the scenic view. I've been wanting to bring him again to other parts of Indonesia like Lombok, Surabaya, Jakarta, Bandung but because of his tight schedule in operating food business, it's hard for him to have a break. Participating in this means a lot as not only will give him the opportunity to see other parts of Indonesia but also the quality time that I, or rather we long for. For him to have a break. Also, in hope, to relax from the hectic life, and maybe, to make babies in Bandung. Heh. I hope, with this surprise, will be another moment that I can cherish together with my husband, in our marital life. Farahzean Hi there! I'd loveeeee to be given a chance to go to Bandung with my husband if given the opportunity! We went to Bali for our honeymoon in January 2015 and would really, really love to go back to Indonesia again for our upcoming first anniversary! Whatsmore, my ancestors and paternal relatives are from Yogjakarta. Indonesia has always have a soft spot for me, like going back to my roots. Hehe. So please, please! Winning this 2 tickets would definitely be a surprise for my husband as our first anniversary! Thank you so much! Titi Mustika Why would I want to go Indonesia? The fact that I haven't been there explains the immense crave to be there at bandung. In this year itself, bandung seems to be a hot Favourite. Every other person is heading there for kawah putih/tangkuban perahu and as much as everyone would like to bring a loved ones, i would want it too. I would like to bring my very first love one, that is my Mother. Indonesia has long been the 'ah, there's nothing there except the hotspot Bali for honeymoon' but now it's slowly beginning to change. I would like to feel the culture but most importantly, taste the authentic street food, the ayam penyet as well as the Mee bakso. And whats more, the shopping haven! Kain seems to be a hot Favourite there and bringing my Mother to bandung is definitely her kind of thing. I definitely want to be given a chance to give her the experience and the happiness for going to a holiday that she feels at sync with. What other way to reconnect with a jawa than to head to Indonesia? Siti Zuliana Indonesia was one of our first trips abroad and it was exciting and new, all those years ago. With the family, you have to do everything together, and we were too small to know how amazing a place it was anyway. We were in Jakarta as far as I remember, and we visited a volcano, but reading about Bandung now really makes me wish we went there too! It seems like such an amazing place and I really want to go there. Married now, it would be a great adventure with my husband! We love being outdoors and there is so much to see and appreciate in terms of nature there Salmah Shahnawaz  I really would like to go to any parts of Indonesia because I have not been there at all.  All my life , I have been dreaming to travel and been reading a lot about traveling . Unfortunately I have no time to do that because of family n work commitment.  Now that I have more free time when all my children have grown up and working , I thought I could do what I have been dreaming of doing that is to travel. The first place that I really wish to go is Indonesia. So please give me this chance as I am getting older .  Zaiyang I want to see and explore the beautiful country of Indonesia. Chugbu The Republic of Indonesia is a beautiful country and a majestic archipelago indeed. With its rich cultural heritage and history, as well as its marvelous natural and manmade landmarks, it is definitely a haven for jetsetters and adventure seekers, like me. Travelling around the world has always been my greatest passion in life. I haven't been to this country yet and for that, I express my utmost willingness to have a once in a lifetime travel experience to Indonesia. It has always been included in my bucket list since then. I wanted to know more about their way of living and their language, Bahasa. I would love to see the sights of that wonderful nation, try their delectable cuisine and buy handcrafted souvenirs for my family and friends. But what I am very interested at to visit in Indonesia is the "Paris of Java", Bandung. I would love to explore and enjoy the whole city especially with my best friend and travel buddy, my mom. As they say, "Adventures are the best way to learn." This opportunity will really help me in gaining sufficient knowledge and positive realizations about the place and of course, meaningful memories. Terima kasih. Selamat maju jaya.
