That is why when you travel Korea you should visit at least some of the many amusement and theme parks in Korea which are even known to be the world’s best attractions. To help you find the best things to do during your holidays, we have put together a list of some of the best water & amusement parks in South Korea that are guaranteed to amaze you.

1. Lotte World

First on our list of amazing theme parks in South Korea is the truly amazing Lotte World. Located in the capital city of Seoul, this is one of the world’s best attractions as it holds the Guinness World Record as the world’s largest indoor ‘Adventure’ park. This is absolutely a perfect place for families and children to spend time during the holidays because there is an ample amount of entertainment to satisfy everyone. The indoor park features several attractions like an ice rink, monorail, roller coaster, merry-go-round, shopping complex, restaurants, gift shops, and much more. While there are enough of activities to keep you entertained on a rainy day, if the weather is warm and sunny you might want to check out the large outdoor Adventureland called Magic Island, which borders the Seokchonhosu Lake, featuring a folk village and thrilling Gyro Drop.

2. Everland

The capital city is also home to the famous and largest theme park in South Korea, Everland. You will have no need to think about what to do in Korea because a visit to this park will leave you simply spoiled for choice. The park is divided into 5 main zones called the Global Fair – featuring restaurants and plenty of souvenir shops, Zoo-Topia – the animal themed area, European Adventure – featuring the ‘T Express’ wooden roller-coaster and spooky Mystery Mansion, Magic Land which has several thrilling rides and restaurant options, and American Adventure – that features many American themed rides and activities. As this is one of the most popular attractions in Korea large crowds gather on a daily basis. You will also have lots of ground to cover so you might want to get their early just as the park opens (10 am) and get started on your adventure.

Creating a whole new experience is the Maze Land in Jeju. Be prepared to be amazed by the massive stone maze which is in fact the world’s longest stone maze. The site is surrounded by lush greenery and allows you to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.
