Tokyo International Airport also known as Haneda International airport is one of the two airport situated in Tokyo the other being Narita airport. The airport serves the Greater Tokyo Area in Japan. Haneda International airport one of the top 30 airports in the world in 2012.

There are 3 Terminals within the airport. Terminal 1, 2 and International Terminal 

The International Terminal opened in 2010 and their International Schedules has started from then.

There is an underground walkway connecting Terminal 1 and 2.

There are also free shuttle buses to transport passengers to their respective Terminals.

Prayer Facilities

There is no known prayer room situated within the airport. Tokyo Camii mosque and Tokyo mosque is very near to Haneda International Airport. Also Al-Tawheed and Masjid As-Salaam mosques are locate within Tokyo.

Halal Food

There are no known halal food restaurant within the airport. However the airport do have some vegetarian options available and a vast choice of food from Japanese, Chinese, European and ample of cafe's throughout the airport where you can have a bite. Just say the below phrase before ordering.

 "Watashiwa bejiterian desu." 

It means I am a vegetarian.

 

Transport

Haneda airport has 2 rail system Keihin Kyuko Railway and Tokyo Monorail from the Main Terminal 1 & 2 as well as from the International Terminal to the rest of the city. There are also buses from the airport to take you to the main city. Car rental services are also available. Taxi's are available for hire to take you to your destination.

Shopping

The airport has alot of shops. You will find bookstores, gift shops, apparels, kids toys, electronics, convenience store within the airport. The duty free section also has a vast collections of chocolates, candy, cosmetics, perfumes, watches and etc, The Duty free also has famous fashion brands like Gucci, Cartier, Rolex, Hermes, Omega, Bulgari, Tiffany, Salvatore Fergamo and etc.
