Located along Sentul Cresent, Punggol Waterway Park is a great place to enjoy a fun filled day of leisure activities with the entire family. Featuring 4 themed areas, namely the nature cove, recreational zone, heritage zone, and green gallery, Punggol Waterway Park has much to offer its numerous visitors. Set in lush green surroundings, visitors will be able to relax as well as enjoy many outdoor activities while here.  In addition to cycling, jogging and walking on the tracks along the promenade on both sides of the waterway, visitors will also be able to enjoy a picnic or barbeque at this wonderful park. Children will love playing in the water playground while their parents take a break on the benches placed all around the park. Bird watchers will also find this park a good place to spot a variety of birds as usually a number of different bird species can be seen along the waterway. Although the park has themed areas along with facilities to enjoy many leisure activities, the parks two bridges, Rope Bridge and Kelong Bridge that run across the Punggol Waterway Park are considered to be its main attraction.

Prayer Facilities

While the park is not known to provide prayer facilities, Muslim visitors enjoying a leisurely afternoon or evening at the park, might be able to find a secluded area outdoors where they could offer their prayers if needed. They could also use the facilities at the recently opened Al Islah Mosque in Punggol if necessary.

Halal Food

As the park has several food outlets serving a range of cuisines, finding good food will not be a problem. Muslim visitors may however find these outlets are not all Halal certified. Those unable to locate a Halal restaurant in the park could opt to dine at a seafood restaurant along the Punggol Waterway or choose a suitable vegetarian or seafood dish at one of the outlets in the park.
